Member agreement

E-Contract

By creating an account with BharatSeva Mart India, you confirm that:

  • You will follow company policies and the compensation plan rules.
  • Your profile, KYC and bank details will be kept accurate and up to date.
  • Commissions, bonuses and withdrawals are subject to plan settings and admin approval.
  • You will not misuse the platform, referral links, or payment systems.
  • Accounts found in violation may be suspended or blocked without notice.
  • Nominee settlement: You may designate a nominee. If you (an eligible member/distributor) die, accrued benefits in the Income Wallet are settled only to that nominee after KYC and legal documentation (death certificate, legal heir/succession papers, nominee identity and bank proof) are verified by the company. The membership ID is then closed. This nominee policy forms part of this agreement.

This electronic agreement is binding upon successful registration.
